Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy- No cancellation fee will be charged if notified with more than 24 hours before the appointment. If a treatment is cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time, a charge of 50% of total services will be charged to the credit card on file. In the event of a no-show for an appointment, where no cancellation is communicated, 100% of the scheduled service fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Late Arrivals If arriving late, the session may be shortened in order to accommodate appointments that follow. Regardless of length of treatment received, the client will be responsible for payment of the full session scheduled.
